Quick Fixes
Try these first. Most issues are solved in under a minute.
If something isn’t working
- Refresh the page
- Try Chrome (it’s the most reliable)
- Log out and log back in
- Close extra tabs and retry
- On a phone, rotate to landscape
QuizForge link not working
- Open QuizForge directly from the button below.
- If a saved bookmark fails, go through ScholarForge or type the main QuizForge address again.
- If QuizForge loads but something looks wrong, refresh the page and try Chrome.
I can’t find my tools
- For planning and collaboration, go to Teacher Area.
- For shared lesson materials, go to the Lesson Library.
- For quiz and test work, use QuizForge.
- Don’t rely on old browser bookmarks.
Uploads not showing
- Refresh after uploading
- Check you’re in the correct category
- Rename files to simple names (letters/numbers)
- PDFs work best
