Guidelines for using the Teacher Exchange and collaboration spaces.
Purpose
ScholarForge exists to help educators share high-quality, classroom-ready lessons and collaborate
in a respectful, safe, and professional environment. Public lesson submissions may be moderated before publishing.
What you may submit
- Original lesson plans, resources, assessments, projects, rubrics, slides, and activity instructions
- Unit components (warm-ups, guided notes, labs, discussion protocols, writing prompts, quizzes)
- Teaching strategies and implementation notes that help other educators succeed
- Links to resources only if you have the right to share them
What is not allowed
- Hate speech, harassment, threats, or abusive content
- Adult/sexual content, violent content, or illegal content
- Personal student information (names, emails, addresses, IEP/504 details, grades, or any identifying data)
- Copyrighted material you do not have permission to share (for example: purchased workbook PDFs)
- Spam, advertising, or self-promotion unrelated to teaching resources
- Political campaigning, deceptive content, or misinformation presented as fact
Attribution and professional ethics
- If you adapted or borrowed material, give credit (author/source/website/book).
- Do not claim someone else’s work as your own.
- Do not upload content that violates publisher licensing or terms of use.
Moderation and removal
Submissions may be approved, rejected, edited for formatting/clarity, or removed at any time.
Moderation decisions are final. Content that violates these rules will not be published publicly.
Reporting concerns
If you believe something should not be posted, please contact the site administrator.
Reports will be reviewed as soon as possible.
