Student Help
Keep it simple: most students will use Courses. Quizzes require a code from your teacher.
🎓 Where do I start?
If your teacher did not give you a quiz code, start with Courses.
Tip: If you’re enrolled in a course, your teacher will tell you what to click next.
🔑 Joining a quiz
You can only join a quiz if your teacher gives you an access code.
- Go to the Student Portal
- Enter the quiz access code
- Click Join
Common questions
- I don’t see my class. Your teacher may not be using Courses yet—ask where to start.
- My quiz code doesn’t work. Double-check letters/numbers and ask your teacher if the session is open.
- It says I need to log in. Use your school/class login if provided, or follow your teacher’s instructions.
- I clicked something and got lost. Go back to Student Portal or Courses.
If something isn’t working
Try these quick fixes first:
- Refresh the page
- Try a different browser (Chrome usually works best)
- Make sure you typed the quiz code exactly
- If you’re on a phone, rotate to landscape for quizzes with drag/drop
